- mayonnaise – 4 tbsp;
- parmesan – 50 gr;
- Young zucchini – 2 pcs;
- pepper and salt.
Wash the fillet, remove excess moisture and salt it. Cut zucchinis in half rings, sweet bell pepper in strips. Take 4 pieces of foil, put the carcass in the middle, smeared with a mixture of mayonnaise and cheese.

Heat vegetable oil, dip each slice in the batter, and put it on a pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook for about 3 minutes.
