Method of preparation:
We pour water into the pot and put it on the fire. Meanwhile, peel vegetables and cut them into small cubes (potatoes, onions, carrots).
As soon as it starts to boil, put everything into the pot.
Take chicken thighs and remove the bones. In the same way we cut thighs in small cubes and also send them to the saucepan.
While boiling, prepare the mushrooms. We cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in a pan until they are golden brown.
Now the croutons: cut into cubes, season with ground pepper and salt, toasted on a pan until golden brown. We put them in a bowl and set them aside for the time being.
Then, as our soup has boiled for 10 minutes, add the mushrooms and 2 tablespoons of melted cheese and simmer a little more.
Our soup is ready, when serving, we sprinkle herbs and add croutons directly to the plate.
