Ingredients for “Pork with berries”
- Pork (flesh) – 1 kg
- Brown sugar (I have cane TM “Mistral”) – 1 tbsp.
- Mustard (grain) – 1 tsp.
- Raspberries – 100 g
- Lingonberry (frozen in my case) – 100 g
- Orange juice (as it turned out from 2 oranges) – 100 ml
- Salt (to taste)
- White pepper (mix of white, green, and pink pepper to taste)
- Vegetable oil (odorless, for frying pan) – 30 ml.

Products we need
Make incisions in pork.
Mix berries, paprika, orange juice, oil, a pinch of salt, mustard, mix well.
Add sugar to the mixture.
Pour half of the mix into a convenient container and put it in the fridge, into the other half we put our piglet, mix it well, salt it a bit more, spread it, and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, better overnight.
The rest of the marinade we grind in a blender, get rid of bones (I grind through a sieve). We shake off marinade berries from meat and put them notches upwards, in a pan, in which oil is poured. We cover with a lid and send it to the oven pre-heated to 250 degrees C for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes we turn down the heat to 180 degrees Celsius. C. and leave for 30 more minutes, then pour the piece with the formed fat, add 50 ml of water, and sit for 15 minutes without cover. Once again pour the fat, and set for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we take it out, close the lid and give a rest for 15-20 minutes. Serve slightly warmed sauce.
Decorate with berries.
