Ingredients for “Chocolate chip cookies with cream cheese”:
Dough
- Wheat flour / Flour – 300 gr
- Cocoa powder – 25 gr
- Sugar – 100 gr
- Butter Cheese – 170 g
- Butter – 90 g
- Egg yolk – 2 units
- Soda – 0.5 tsp.
For decoration
Dark chocolate – 50 g
Cream – 70 ml
Walnuts – 30 g
Coconut chips – 30 gr
Yogurt (for spreading) – 100 g
Cooking time: 60 minutes

Chocolate chip cookies with cream cheese recipe
Mix sugar, eggs, butter and cream cheese (I have mascarpone) until smooth. Mix dry ingredients – sifted flour, cocoa and baking soda, too, and add to wet ingredients. Knead the dough. Roll the dough into a sausage, send in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then cut the cooled dough into equal circles. Bake the cookies in an oven at 180 degrees, for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure that they do not dry out or burn.
Finished cookies cool, pairs together, dabbing with any fruit yogurt. On top, decorate with chocolate glaze (I melted dark chocolate in cream), sprinkle with nuts or coconut shavings.
Let it soak a little bit and harden the chocolate on top. Have a nice tea party!
