Preparing the cold mint chocolate coffee
Step 1: Boil the coffee with chocolate.
First, you need to brew the coffee. To do this, put the distiller on the fire and warm the bottom of it a little. Pour the ground coffee beans into it and pour the right amount of water. You should add a little bit of water and a few beans to the coffee. Boil the coffee without bringing it to a boil. It is important to watch the beverage all the time and not to let it run away.
Strain the freshly brewed coffee through a fine sieve to remove the grounds, then add the chocolate and dissolve it. For convenience and to speed up the process, I break the slices of bitter chocolate with a knife, turning them into fine crumbs.
Ready coffee with chocolate cools a little bit.
Step 2: Prepare a cold mint-chocolate coffee.
Pour the cooled coffee into the bowl of a blender, add to it ice, mint syrup, and half of all the ice cream prepared for making this cocktail. Whisk all this beauty in pulse mode, turning the individual ingredients into a drink called “cold mint-chocolate coffee”. And immediately after brewing, the coffee is ready to be served or drunk immediately.
Step 3: Serve the iced mint chocolate coffee.
Pour the finished mint-chocolate coffee into serving glasses filled with ice, add the remaining ice cream to each. In the end, garnish your drink with sprigs of fresh mint and enjoy the refreshing and invigorating taste that this coffee cocktail gives you.
