2. Cookies with chocolate chunks
- 100g white sugar;
- 160g brown sugar;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 115 g butter;
- 1 egg;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract;
- 155 g flour;
- ½ teaspoon soda;
- 110 g milk chocolate;
- 110g dark chocolate.
Combine the two sugars, salt, and melted butter. Add the egg and vanilla extract and knead to a smooth consistency. Sift the flour together with the baking soda, add it to the prepared mixture and mix it. Break the chocolate into medium pieces and add it to the batter.
Cover the container with all the ingredients with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Form the dough into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with foil. During cooking, the balls will spread, so place them at least 10 cm apart and 5 cm from the edges of the baking tray. Bake at 180 °C for 12-15 minutes and cool completely.

Roll the dough into small balls and coat them in powdered sugar. Place them far apart on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake for 12 minutes at 190 °C. The heat will cause the cookies to sprawl and look like they are cracked.
