- 260 g butter;
- 5 tbsp. cocoa;
- 5 tbsp. powdered sugar;
- 2/3 tsp. baking soda;
- 1/2 tsp. salt;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tbsp. of starch.
Ingredients for the filling:
- 100 g walnuts;
- 400 grams of condensed milk;
- 300 grams of butter.
So, let’s begin.
Dough: put butter in a bowl, beat eggs, add salt, soda, and starch.
Then add cocoa and mix.
Bake – well, very well heat a nutcracker, but the necessary amount in cells, close the lid tightly, hold for 3-4 minutes. Remove.
Put ready nut halves in a bowl.
Make cream – beat butter and condensed milk.
We add finely chopped nuts.
With a sharp knife cut off excess dough from the nuts.
If you wish, pour it into the cream. Stir.
Fill halves of nuts with cream.
We glue in pairs.
