Ms. Connie’s modified puto recipe

Like one of Ms Connie’s fan, I cooked this recipe using a conventional oven since I don’t have a steamer.
I used a non-stick muffin pan loosely covered with aluminum foil so there’s enough space when the puto rises. I also put a baking dish half filled with water under the pan.
Baked the recipe at 200 degrees Celcius in 20 minutes.
Sprinkled the puto with grated cheese after baking.
I had 6 egg whites leftover so I did some computation to adjust the measurement of the ingredients.
Just multiply the ingredients by 1.5 ;-)
